Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Non-Profit Vice President to join our leadership team. This pivotal role focuses on strategic oversight, organizational growth, and operational excellence within our non-profit organization. The Vice President will work closely with the executive team to drive mission-driven initiatives, foster community engagement, and ensure sustainable development. Compensation: - Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses - Grant Reception for Business Start-Ups - 25% Fundraising Commission Duties • Provide strategic direction and leadership to advance the organization’s mission and goals. • Oversee organizational operations, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand community outreach and partnerships. • Lead efforts in project management, process improvement, and program development to enhance organizational efficiency. • Supervise senior staff and oversee departmental functions, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Manage profit & loss responsibilities, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. • Drive sales initiatives related to fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and revenue-generating activities. • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and board members. • Monitor organizational performance metrics and prepare reports for the board of directors. Experience • Proven management experience with a strong background in strategic planning and leadership within non-profit or related sectors. • Demonstrated success in supervising teams, business development, and project management. • Extensive experience in profit & loss management, sales strategies, and process improvement initiatives. • Prior experience in a senior leadership role such as Director or Vice President is preferred. • Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, governance, and community engagement strategies. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting partnerships.
