Job Description: • Facilitate scrum ceremonies within the SAFe framework • Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices • Remove impediments to team progress • Support continuous improvement through retrospectives • Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility • Foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders • Contribute public health subject matter expertise to project discussions • Create engaging remote work environments that promote team success Requirements: • Direct experience working in governmental public health • Scrum Master certification • Experience implementing SAFe methodologies • Strong facilitation and coaching abilities • Excellence in remote team management • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement • Strong time management and self-motivation • Ability to work with AI tools and large language models • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Willingness to adhere to our no-drug workplace policy • You must agree to undergo eVerify for employment status at hiring Benefits: • No 3rd Party Recruiters • No Phone Calls • Unable to do informational interviews
