We are currently seeking a Training Program Coordinator to assist with the organisation and support of structured online professional development programs. This is a remote position focused on coordinating scheduled sessions, supporting participant communication, and maintaining program records. The role suits someone organised, reliable and comfortable working independently in a home-based environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with scheduling and coordination of online program sessions • Support communication with participants and respond to routine enquiries • Provide administrative and organisational support to program activities • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Help manage online learning platforms and resources Requirements • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and time-management ability • Comfortable using email, video meeting platforms and basic online systems • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes Hours Flexible part-time hours, approximately 10–15 hours per week.
