Your Role • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search & Display), TikTok, YouTube, Native, Push, Pop, and Programmatic. • Test and refine funnels, landing pages, creatives, and ad copy to maximize performance. • Monitor key KPIs (EPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CR) and make data-driven optimization decisions. • Manage and scale ad spend responsibly. • Maintain strict compliance with US lending and consumer protection regulations. • Collaborate with our product, affiliate, and compliance teams to align traffic with lead buyer demand. You Must Have • Proven track record of profitable campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (experience with finance / loan offers strongly preferred). • Hands-on experience with tracking platforms. • Strong grasp of funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing. • Ability to scale spend while protecting ROI and traffic quality. • Familiarity with lead gen models (payday/personal loans, debt relief, credit tools). Nice to Have • Experience running traffic on native/push/pop networks (MGID, Taboola, Outbrain, PropellerAds, ZeroPark, ExoClick, TrafficJunky). • Knowledge of cloaking, bot filtering, and fraud prevention tools. • Existing network relationships with traffic sources in US finance verticals. • Comfort with high-compliance environments (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GLBA).
