Your Mission • Clean up wasted spend — audit every channel, vendor, and campaign to ensure dollars aren’t bleeding. • Engineer process improvements — map the funnel end-to-end, from first click to signed retainer, and fix every leak. • Dissect intake performance — track conversion rates, retrain when needed, and hold teams accountable to metrics. • Maximize ROI — every ad dollar must drive the highest-quality cases at the lowest possible cost. • Automate smartly — streamline lead flow, follow-ups, and reporting so the system runs 24/7 with consistency. What You’ll Bring • Years running performance-driven marketing in PI or another high-ROI vertical. • Proven ability to reduce CPA while scaling lead volume. • Deep expertise in PPC, paid social, SEO, funnels, and intake systems. • Process-builder mindset — you see inefficiency and immediately create structure. • Comfort owning multi-million-dollar budgets with zero tolerance for waste.
