We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Director with proven experience in luxury hotels and resorts. This role is not for generalist marketers or those coming from mid-tier brands you must have a track record of elevating premium properties, creating desire among affluent travelers, and driving measurable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead brand strategy for luxury properties, ensuring consistent positioning across all guest touchpoints. • Create campaigns that highlight exclusivity, prestige, and exceptional guest experiences. • Manage integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, PR, print, and partnerships. • Build relationships with high-end travel advisors, global media, influencers, and luxury lifestyle brands. • Leverage data and insights to identify market trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Qualifications • Progressive marketing leadership in luxury hospitality (resorts, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality brands). • Proven success in positioning and marketing properties to high-net-worth individuals, global travelers, and the luxury leisure/meetings segment. • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and travel trends. • Expertise in digital, brand storytelling, and luxury PR/media. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic partnership skills.
