Le Bon Enfants is seeking an experienced Childcare Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our center. We are looking for a dependable, highly organized, and compassionate leader who is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the childcare center • Ensure a safe, developmentally appropriate, and high-quality learning environment • Supervise, support, and mentor teaching staff • Manage daily office tasks, including attendance, scheduling, billing support, and family communication • Maintain all children’s files and staff files in compliance with state licensing requirements • Build and maintain strong, professional communication with parents and guardians • Uphold and represent the center’s mission, values, and strong reputation within the community Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of Director experience in a licensed childcare or early education setting (required) • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Knowledge of state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families while maintaining professionalism at all times If you are dedicated to quality childcare and ready to lead a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
