About the Role We are hiring a Revenue & Business Operations Manager to drive growth by building scalable sales processes, automating revenue workflows, and providing strategic operational support to leadership. This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment. Reporting to the CRO, you'll own the sales pipeline from systems to reporting, ensure that leadership has accurate insights for decision-making, and help optimize overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Operations • Automate and manage sales funnels to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted efficiently. • Own CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) setup, data quality, reporting, and process improvements. • Track and optimize the sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements. • Develop and monitor KPIs including ARR, ACV, pipeline velocity, churn, and retention. Business Operations & Executive Support • Partner with the CEO and CRO on administrative and operational tasks, ensuring priorities move forward. • Coordinate with Product and Marketing to align GTM execution with product launches, campaigns, and customer feedback loops, upsell funnels. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and board-level presentations. • Support cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, from vendor management to internal process design. Analytics & Insights • Build and maintain business performance dashboards, tracking trends across sales, marketing, and product adoption. • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy, resource allocation, and operational decisions. • Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover growth opportunities and efficiency gains. Qualifications • 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations (SaaS/tech strongly preferred). • Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), automation workflows, and reporting systems. • Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both strategic projects and day-to-day operational tasks. • Excellent communicator who can partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Exec teams. Nice to Have • Experience in startups or high-growth SaaS businesses. • Familiarity with subscription metrics and financial modeling. • Interest in AI powered workflows and automation processes using AI • Interest in creative tech, and gaming industries.
