Full Description

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our fast-growing e-commerce lawn and garden brand. You will assist customers across Shopify, Amazon, and social channels, helping them with orders, product questions, shipping issues, and general support. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced online retail environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Support • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social platforms. • Assist customers with order status, tracking information, and returns/exchanges. • Provide product support (fertilizers, grass seed, lawn care programs, etc.). • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience. E-Commerce Support • Handle Shopify and Amazon customer messages. • Manage return requests, replacements, or damaged item claims. • Communicate with the warehouse regarding order updates or reshipments. • Monitor customer reviews and alert team of issues or product feedback trends. Operational Tasks • Update internal logs and customer service tickets. • Identify recurring customer complaints and suggest improvements. • Maintain accurate knowledge of products and policies. • Assist with fraud checks and order verification as needed. Required Skills & Experience • 1+ year(s) customer service experience (e-commerce preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once. • Comfortable with technology: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Gmail, spreadsheets, etc. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce customer support (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, etc.). • Knowledge of lawn care or landscaping (helpful, but not required). • Familiarity with CRM software • Comfortable learning new software quickly. Work Schedule Our team shares weekend coverage on a rotation basis.
