As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Head Attorney and help streamline day-to-day operations. Role Description This is an on-site Executive Assistant role based in Schaumburg, Illinois. The Executive Assistant will work directly with Attorney Mary Kennedy and the leadership team to support daily operations, manage communications, coordinate schedules, and handle essential administrative tasks. The role includes both office-based responsibilities and occasional in-person errands. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. Full-time or part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week) are welcome to apply.
