Company Description At the Law Offices of Mary Kennedy, we provide high-quality immigration, business, and family-based legal services with a personalized, client-focused approach. With over seven years serving the Schaumburg community, we pride ourselves on professionalism, compassion, and operational excellence. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Head Attorney and help streamline day-to-day operations. Role Description This is an on-site Executive Assistant role based in Schaumburg, Illinois. The Executive Assistant will work directly with Attorney Mary Kennedy and the leadership team to support daily operations, manage communications, coordinate schedules, and handle essential administrative tasks. The role includes both office-based responsibilities and occasional in-person errands. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. Full-time or part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week) are welcome to apply. Qualifications • Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups • Coordinate client communication professionally • Prepare, proofread, and format documents with accuracy • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks • Handle in-person errands (must have reliable transportation) • Support attorneys with task management, organization, and prioritization • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriat Requirements: • Prior administrative or executive assistant experience required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills • Reliable transportation for local errands • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
