Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our data management systems and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless order processing, and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities • Accurately input and update data within various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to maintain data integrity. • Manage order entry processes efficiently, ensuring timely processing and confirmation of customer requests. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing clear information and resolving issues promptly. • Perform data collection tasks, including transcription of information from various sources into digital formats with high accuracy. • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of records, supporting overall administrative operations. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends to support decision-making. • Assist in clerical duties such as filing, data verification, basic math calculations, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience • Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, especially involving data entry or clerical tasks. • Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including typing speed and accuracy, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and familiarity with databases or ERP systems. • Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication. • Basic understanding of math concepts relevant to order processing or inventory management. • Knowledge of data collection techniques such as transcription or data entry from physical or digital sources. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
