MUST have MICHIGAN No-Fault Experience (Michigan!) • *ONLY APPLY VIA INDEED. Do not call office. Can be full remote. The Law Offices of Jason Waechter is seeking a superstar auto neg (injury)/no-fault paralegal to handle cases from opening new no-fault claims to settlement. This includes no-fault submittals, drafting facilitation summaries & pleadings, client communication and managing deadlines. Must have a great deal of experience in auto/no-fault. We are willing to be flexible in other areas for the right candidate, but we are hoping to find someone who can hit the ground running! If you submit a cover letter, please outline your experience in the field of personal injury law. This position is part-time and can be entirely remote. Limited PTO is available. Other traits of a great candidate include: · Knows Clio, EVE, motorcycle case experience, patient with clients, · Can build an excellent rapport with our customers and prioritize their needs This position pays up to $35/hr dependent on experience, with an expected 20 hours per week. All necessary equipment will be provided. ABOUT US: The Law Offices of Jason Waechter has been specializing in motorcycle, auto & truck accidents for over 30 years. We also have a few other personal injury cases such as dog bites, and slip & falls.
