Attorney Family Law Remote/In Person Texas wide Department: Legal Employment Type: Full Time Location: Dallas Reporting To: Kimberly Washington Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 / year Description Are you a skilled and experienced attorney who thrives in the dynamic world of family law? We are actively growing our footprint and developing talent to support our long-term vision of serving clients throughout the state. The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We currently have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks), and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble, and will continue to have attorneys in these offices. Available Work Environments: We offer two distinct work environments designed to match different levels of experience: 1. Fully Remote (100% Remote) This opportunity is available to seasoned professionals who thrive working independently outside an office environment. Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant family law experience in Texas. 2. On-site with a Hybrid schedule option (after 60 days) This role is structured for reporting to an office 5 days a week, with remote work options, after (60) days of employment based on achieving and maintaining the required billable hours. Professionals who can maintain the required billable hours can benefit from a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Experience Required: Minimum of 2+ years of solid family law experience. Key Responsibilities Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities: Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end. Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases. Make improvement recommendations to practice managers. Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you will bring to the role: The minimum of years of family law experience in Texas as outlined above. Have a valid Texas bar license for a minimum of two years. Solid research and writing skills A passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom, and handling Mediations and Consults. Energetic and motivated. Highly organized. Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio OR similar drafting/client management software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency. Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery. Must have reliable, hard wired connectivity internet service Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional legal work and confidential communications.
