Job Title: Sexual Abuse Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) – Fully Remote (California) Location: Fully Remote (Must be licensed and residing in California) About the Role: A California-based plaintiff law firm focused on representing survivors of sexual abuse is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sexual Abuse Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote position serving clients across California. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling plaintiff-side matters in sexual abuse litigation, personal injury litigation, or a combination of both. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of sexual abuse and/or personal injury plaintiff matters from intake through resolution • Conduct detailed client interviews with sensitivity and professionalism • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages • Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurance carriers • Prepare cases for trial, including trial strategy and courtroom appearances Qualifications: • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar • Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side experience in: • Sexual abuse litigation, and/or • Personal injury litigation • Trial experience is a plus Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
