A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join its team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone with a strong understanding of judicial and/or non-judicial foreclosure processes and experience managing a high-volume caseload. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and file foreclosure documents (complaints, motions, affidavits, etc.) • Manage case timelines and ensure compliance with state-specific laws • Review title reports, loan documents, and payment histories • Communicate with courts, clients, and attorneys to move cases forward • Use client systems and internal platforms to track progress and update records Qualifications: • 2+ years of foreclosure paralegal experience • Familiar with state foreclosure procedures and timelines • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient with legal software and client platforms • Able to work independently in a remote setting Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $65,000 annually.
