Senior Corporate / M&A Attorney (Remote – NY or NJ) A premier East Coast–based corporate practice is seeking a Senior Corporate/M&A Attorney for a fully remote position. This role involves leading sophisticated mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals, deal structuring, due diligence oversight, and negotiation of complex transaction documents. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced corporate team on high-value matters while maintaining flexibility and autonomy. Requirements: • Licensed and in good standing in New York and/or New Jersey • Extensive experience handling complex buy-side and sell-side transactions • Strong background in private equity deals and transaction structuring • Ability to independently manage deals and interface directly with clients • Experience in a top-tier or highly regarded corporate practice preferred Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
