Active California Bar membership, 3+ years employment litigation experience, ability to independently manage cases.
The firm is seeking a Plaintiff Employment Attorney to handle single-plaintiff and/or class/representative employment matters throughout California. This position is 100% remote for candidates located within California. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities: • Handle plaintiff-side employment matters including: • Wrongful termination • Wage & hour violations • PAGA representative actions Qualifications: • Active member of the California Bar (required) • 3+ years of employment litigation experience • Single Plaintiff, Wrongful termination, Wage and Hour and PAGA etc. • Ability to independently manage a caseload Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
