Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes related to employment, wage and hour, class actions, and PAGA claims.
Must have a California Bar license, 2+ years of employment litigation experience, and knowledge of employment law and court procedures.
We are working with a highly respected Plaintiff firm in the Los Angeles area. They are seeking experienced Attorneys, who will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of Employment, Wage and Hour, Classs Action and PAGA claims clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in Employment Litigation. Must Have: California Bar license Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in California and good standing • 2+ years of experience as a Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney • Extensive knowledge of employment cases, regulations, and court procedures • Proven experience handling insurance defense litigation cases independently • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $250,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
