We are a growing firm, looking for an Trial Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience, with extensive Trucking and commercial transportation experience. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience - Trucking/Commercial Transportation • Previous auto liability experience • Civil litigation experience • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. • Admitted to practice law in Texas Responsibilities: • Managing their own docket of cases • Set up claims and track medical treatment • Supervise medical clerk and case manager • Review demands • Negotiate with adjusters • Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds The annual salary for this position is between 225k-250k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
