A reputable civil litigation law firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-2 years experience in the area of Personal Injury or Personal Injury Protection (PIP). This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to grow within a respected legal practice. Key Responsibilities · Manage a caseload of personal injury and/or PIP matters from inception through resolution. · Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. · Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions. · Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. · Participate in case strategy meetings and provide legal counsel on complex matters. • ** MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY *** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Personal Injury or PIP: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • New Jersey Bar License (Required) Work Location: In person
