Job Description: • Research and evaluate marketplace opportunities across platforms like AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, HubSpot, and vertical-specific platforms • Build business cases for marketplace prioritization based on market size, technical fit, and revenue potential • Manage marketplace applications, including vendor onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, and partnership agreements • Create and manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones from application through launch • Coordinate with engineering teams on technical integration requirements, API configurations, and testing • Work with marketing on listing optimization, go-to-market materials, and launch campaigns • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve blockers quickly • Drive projects to on-time completion while maintaining quality standards • Establish and track KPIs for marketplace performance post-launch • Document processes and create playbooks for repeatable marketplace expansion Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience in technical project management, product management, or a similar role • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects within engineering, sales, and marketing • Strong technical understanding of APIs, platform integrations, and technical documentation • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting marketplace applications and both internal and external documentation • Ability to multitask efficiently and create structure in ambiguous environments. • Ability to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET • Experience with AI/ML products, voice technology, marketplace/channel sales, or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus • PMP certification, startup experience, or Russian language fluency are all considered a plus Benefits: • Remote-first flexibility; work ET hours on your terms • Real decision-making authority with supportive leadership, you're trusted to get things done your way • Join the hypergrowth company leading the Voice AI revolution in Silicon Valley • Help democratize AI technology for millions of small and mid-sized businesses worldwide • Execute high-stakes implementations that directly shape company growth and client success
