Industry: Cloud Computing, AI Product/Service: AI-centric cloud platform offering infrastructure optimized for training AI models Company size: ~800 employees Candidate location: San Francisco Bay Area or New York City The Opportunity As Senior Partner Manager, Venture Capital, you will take ownership of building and managing relationships with leading U.S. venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup networks. This is a high-visibility role where you will directly impact startup adoption of the cloud platform and help position our client as the partner of choice for AI-native companies. You will be both strategist and executor: driving growth in the startup pipeline, shaping partnership initiatives, and fostering a thriving ecosystem that accelerates AI businesses in the U.S. What You'll Do Build and manage partnerships with leading VC firms, accelerators, and startup ecosystem partners. Act as a trusted representative, educating VCs on our client’s infrastructure capabilities and market differentiation. Source, qualify, and onboard high-potential AI startups from VC and accelerator networks. Design and execute value-added initiatives (e.g., joint programs, GTM resources, case studies) to drive adoption. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, engagement, and long-term VC-referred client success. Track and report on key KPIs, including startup acquisition, activation, and revenue impact. Champion the voice of the VC and startup community to shape strategy and offerings. What You Bring 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, with 5 years in VC/startup ecosystems Strong network in venture capital and startup ecosystems Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and ecosystem partnerships Familiarity with AI, ML, and cloud infrastructure offerings Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce) Bonus: Direct VC/accelerator/founder experience, hands-on AI/cloud sales/partnerships expertise Bonus: Established U.S. VC network Bonus: Deep AI infra/ML startup needs understanding Key Attributes to Success Passion for AI and transformative technologies Exceptional networking skills Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing startup environment Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences Comfortable working with an international team and diverse client base Why Join?
