Description: • Marketing technology company offering an AI-powered omnichannel marketing hub for ecommerce and DTC brands • Mission: transform e-commerce marketing with AI to speed personalization and reduce martech costs • Own the complete post-sales customer journey: onboarding, training, adoption consulting, and retention support • Onboard 1–2 new eCommerce customers monthly and maintain a portfolio of 16–24 clients ($300,000–$700,000 ARR) • Lead strategic sessions and quarterly business reviews with VP/C-level stakeholders • Set up and optimize marketing workflows: email/SMS campaigns, flows, website & mobile personalization, loyalty programs, product recommendations • Implement integrations using Zapier or APIs; perform data mapping and event-based trigger setup • Monitor and improve KPIs: retention, conversion rate, AOV, email/SMS effectiveness, campaign ROI • Partner cross-functionally with product and process teams to bring the customer voice into continuous improvement Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in client-facing or customer success roles at SaaS or MarTech company • Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS • Familiarity with automation/integration tools like Zapier, APIs, data mapping, and event-based triggers • Comfortable working with performance data and tracking metrics (conversion rates, AOV, retention, A/B tests) • Clear, direct communication skills and openness to feedback • Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Nosto, or Rebuy • Commitment to high-touch, in-depth support and passion for client success • Hands-on problem-solving mindset and proactive approach • Ability to thrive in fast-moving settings with full ownership and accountability Benefits: • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $100,000–$120,000 (70/30 split) • Full-time, remote-first role with flexible hours • 401(k) with 3% match • Comprehensive medical benefits: health, dental, and dependent coverage • Unlimited PTO and full remote for work-life balance • Supportive, non-micromanagement environment with tailored coaching and guidance • Opportunity to represent a product with exceptional customer retention and high earnings potential
