The Opportunity Join a collaborative team as a Customer Happiness Manager where you'll drive client satisfaction and growth for high-value enterprise accounts. This is a full-time, hybrid position in Falls Church, Virginia, with clear advancement potential to Director of Customer Success within 18 months.
