Schedule daily customer requests Communicate daily with the Business Operations and Sales Departments for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders Process and schedule employee paid time-off requests Communicate daily with plant operator regarding scheduling requirements Process daily schedules in online scheduling system Other Functions Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others Performs all other related duties, as assigned Qualifications Knowledge: Ordering and scheduling systems Skills: Vision: Speech/Hearing: Manual Dexterity: Computer Skills: Billinigal preferred Ability Report to work on time and on a regular basis Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstances Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes Express oneself clearly and concisely Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work Quickly assess a situation and be decisive in problem-solving Attention to detail Pass Pre-employment Background check and drug screen.
