Role Overview As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for connecting business systems, implementing integrations, and ensuring every workflow you touch operates flawlessly. You’ll bridge the gap between client needs and technical execution, translating complex requirements into streamlined, effective solutions. This role requires precision, ownership, and the ability to move projects forward without waiting for someone else to lead the way. Core Responsibilities Integration & Workflow Execution Implement integrations using native tools, connection platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), or custom solutions with software engineers Connect CRMs, marketing platforms, and other business tools to create seamless, automated workflows Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration issues quickly to maintain uptime and reliability Deliver work that meets Launchpoint’s quality and efficiency standards every time Client Communication & Translation Explain how systems and APIs communicate in clear, client-friendly terms Proactively surface risks, blockers, and better solutions before they become problems Serve as the go-to for technical questions from account and strategy teams Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Account Strategists to align solutions with client goals Partner with software engineers to scope and deliver custom-built tools when needed Provide regular progress updates and flag anything that could impact delivery timelines Performance & Continuous Improvement Track task completion against scoped time estimates Identify opportunities to refine workflows for improved speed, reliability, and client outcomes Stay on top of new tools, technologies, and best practices to keep Launchpoint ahead of the curve Non-Negotiable Standards for Success Think Beyond the Task List Don’t wait for others to design the solution—propose it yourself Ask questions, explore better ways, and present options before issues escalate Project Manage Yourself (and Others) You own the timeline—no one else will manage it for you Follow up relentlessly when waiting on information or approvals Deliver On Time.
