Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and long-term growth strategy. Serve as technical lead for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) architecture—configuring complex pricing models, rules, approvals, and workflows. Write and maintain robust Apex code, including triggers, classes, test coverage, and integrations with external systems. Coordinate quality assurance and testing with users to ensure solution designs meet specifications. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meets stakeholder expectations.. Provide guidance to enablement experts to facilitate team training on new systems and ensure a smooth transition. Continuously evaluate our go to market tech stack for efficiency improvements using smart goals, KPI’s, and industry best practices. Oversee and maintain code base and move code toward more standard workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues that impact revenue processes. Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or SFDC engineering experience, leading platform initiatives and technical delivery. Experience with Apex, Java,Typescript, and Python. Understanding of contemporary programming to aid design patterns, test frameworks, and performance optimization. Proven CPQ experience is required (Salesforce CPQ preferred), including rule configuration, quote logic, and product bundling. This includes exposure to develop pricing strategy workstreams and the influence of AI on these workstreams. Demonstrated experience designing technical solutions that support evolving business needs and complex user requirements. Strong track record of managing Salesforce and CPQ projects using Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Technical Architect Certification from Salesforce (SFDC) strongly preferred or equivalent technical leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent work experience. Experience overseeing or contributing to enterprise-level system architecture. (Examples of tools across the architecture include; Gong, Outreach, Pocus, NetSuite, and Okta.) Proficient in tools such as Jira, Git, and Salesforce deployment and version control frameworks. Strong communication and documentation skills; able to clearly explain and influence architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
