What You'll Bring We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience from contract signing through successful product adoption. You will partner with clients to guide them through the onboarding process, provide product training, and ensure they are fully set up to succeed with LM’s platform. Your goal will be to accelerate time-to-value and build long-term client relationships. You'll Need 3–4 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success for a SaaS product company Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) Proven experience managing client onboarding processes from end-to-end Ability to train clients on technical platforms, both virtually and in person Familiarity with service desk systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello) Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously Familiarity with cloud apps and SaaS ecosystems Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or data migration processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Experience in mobility, automotive, or transportation industries Exposure to analytics or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) General technical troubleshooting knowledge (SQL, Python basics) Soft Skills Empathy and client focus Strong communication and presentation skills Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving creativity Accountability and ownership We Offer Hybrid or remote flexibility (office in El Segundo, CA) Benefits plans (medical, dental, vision, life) 401(k) matching Flexible time off policies Continued learning memberships Culture: We live the speed, learning, and dynamic process of a startup culture, being a diverse, collaborative, flexible, and trusting team focused on achieving our goals.
