Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and deep expertise in developing Healthcare Provider (HCP)–focused marketing materials. This leader will drive brand strategy, oversee multichannel marketing campaigns, and ensure all communications align with regulatory standards and effectively support both provider and patient engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional leadership skills, an understanding of the drug development and commercialization process, and a proven ability to launch and manage marketing initiatives in a highly regulated environment. This position is remote two days per week. #LAT Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the organization’s strategic marketing plan, focusing on pharmaceutical brands and HCP engagement. • Lead the creation of HCP marketing materials, including clinical decks, detail aids, patient starter kits, MOA content, sales collateral, and digital assets. • Oversee brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign development across multiple therapeutic areas. • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure all materials comply with FDA, OPDP, and industry guidelines. • Drive multichannel campaigns including digital, print, email, events, social media, and field sales tools. • Lead market research efforts to evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform strategy. • Oversee agency relationships, creative development, and marketing operations to ensure high-quality and timely output. • Manage brand budgets, forecasting, timelines, and resource allocation. • Support product launches, disease awareness campaigns, and promotional initiatives across provider and patient audiences. • Ensure cohesive brand messaging across internal and external communications. • Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI. • Mentor and lead a team of marketing managers, coordinators, and cross-functional contributors.
