Job Description: • Manage international logistics operations, including ocean freight shipments from overseas manufacturing partners to U.S. ports and direct international customer shipments. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth import processes and compliance with applicable regulations. • Oversee relationships with domestic and Canadian 3PL providers, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and service-level performance. • Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and collaborate with demand planning teams to implement replenishment strategies that prevent stockouts and excess inventory. • Analyze shipping costs, transit times, and operational performance to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and fulfillment operations. • Partner cross-functionally with demand planning, sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. • Resolve logistics challenges, including shipment delays, damages, and inventory discrepancies. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory performance, and shipping costs. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, preferably within e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail environments. • Experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and import/export processes. • Familiarity with U.S.-based 3PL operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms. • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis. • Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
