Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused New Customer Implementation Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new clients, providing exceptional support throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strong familiarity with basic computer software, be detail-oriented, be able to multi-task, and have experience in customer service and client support. Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages, are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a growing industry, and client interaction will directly impact customer satisfaction and company success. This is not a collection position. Responsibilities • Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active client status • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during implementation, providing timely updates and support • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, answer questions, and address concerns related to onboarding • Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and other relevant platforms • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Assist clients with account setup, product training, and troubleshooting during initial stages • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and client services to resolve issues promptly • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and implementation progress • Support the development of onboarding materials and process improvements to enhance efficiency Qualifications • Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ) Teams HubSpot, and general computer skills • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy • Knowledge of sales processes and outbound calling techniques • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently This position is integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences from the moment clients begin their journey with us.
