Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver high-quality project management for B2B orders • Drive team performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvement action plans • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer pain points and enhance the customer journey Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in managing remote teams in a fast-paced, digital environment • Strong ability to motivate and coach team members • Data-informed decision-making skills • Experience with performance management and coaching • Familiarity with project management processes and tools
