Location: Remote (East Coast or Midwest Preferred – e.g., Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Chicago) Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote with Frequent Travel Industry Focus: Forklift OEMs, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Dealers, Warehouse Safety Integrators About the Role Laserglow Technologies is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Channel Development Manager to lead the expansion of our channel network across North America. This will be a hunter position. In this strategic role, you will manage and develop sales with established and prospective channel partners, overseeing relationships with executives, senior leaders, and branch networks. You’ll implement growth strategies, build and strengthen distributor partnerships, and drive adoption of Laserglow’s industrial safety and lighting solutions across the forklift and warehouse safety markets. What You’ll Do • Channel Strategy Development: Design and execute scalable channel sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. • Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, competition, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities. • Partnership Management: Identify, build, and manage relationships with forklift OEMs, MHE dealers, warehouse safety providers, and integrators. • Sales Forecasting & Goal Achievement: Establish performance benchmarks and deliver on annual sales and profitability targets. • Territory & Account Planning: Develop and manage a strategic territory and account sales plan to drive partner-led revenue growth. • Partner Enablement: Coordinate onboarding, training, and co-selling programs to strengthen partner capabilities. • Sales Execution: Lead partner business planning, drive pipeline growth, and support strategic deal closure. • Customer Focus: Act as the primary liaison for channel partners, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on enablement and go-to-market initiatives. • Product Launch & Event Support: Oversee new product introductions, manage bids and quotes, and represent Laserglow at trade and dealer events. • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the forklift, MHE, or warehouse safety industries. • Experience working with or selling to major OEMs (e.g., Raymond, Crown, Toyota, Hyster-Yale) or their dealer networks. • Proven ability to scale revenue through partner ecosystems and close complex, strategic deals. • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety standards, and industrial buyer dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in CRM & ERP systems with disciplined pipeline forecasting. • Familiarity with forklift safety accessories, material handling equipment, or warehouse automation solutions. • Existing network of OEM, dealer, or safety integrator contacts within the MHE ecosystem. • Experience designing and executing go-to-market programs with channel partners.
