Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote with Frequent Travel Industry Focus: Forklift OEMs, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Dealers, Warehouse Safety Integrators About the Role Laserglow Technologies is seeking a commercially driven Channel Development Manager to lead the expansion of our North American channel network. This is a hunter role, focused on developing high-impact partnerships that drive the adoption of Laserglow’s safety and lighting systems across forklift and warehouse environments. You’ll work directly with OEMs, dealers, and integrators to scale sales through strategic collaboration, co-selling programs, and full-cycle relationship management. What You’ll Do • Channel Strategy Development – Design and execute scalable channel strategies to support aggressive growth targets • Market Analysis – Identify trends, evaluate partner performance, and uncover new sales opportunities • Partnership Management – Build and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, and integrators across North America • Sales Forecasting & Goal Achievement – Set performance benchmarks and meet/exceed annual revenue and profitability goals • Territory & Account Planning – Develop strategic plans that support regional and national partner growth • Partner Enablement – Oversee onboarding, product training, and co-marketing initiatives • Sales Execution – Support pipeline development, lead partner business planning, and assist in strategic deal closure • Customer Focus – Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with product, engineering, and marketing to align go-to-market initiatives • Product Launch & Event Support – Manage rollouts, quotes, and represent Laserglow at trade shows and partner events • CRM Excellence – Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activity tracking in HubSpot or Salesforce What You Bring • 5–10 years’ experience in channel sales, business development, or partnerships within the forklift, MHE, or industrial safety space • Proven success working with OEMs (e.g., Raymond, Crown, Toyota, Hyster-Yale) and dealer networks • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue through channel ecosystems and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Deep understanding of OSHA standards, warehouse safety systems, and the industrial buyer journey • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • High proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP systems • Experience with safety lighting, warehouse automation, or material handling accessories • Existing network of contacts within OEM, dealer, or safety integrator communities • Ability to design and lead co-branded go-to-market initiatives Key Competencies • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and technical fluency • Executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels • Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and organizational discipline • Passion for innovation in industrial safety and customer success Compensation Job Type: Full-Time Base Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 Compensation Package: Commission + Bonus Benefits • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off Laserglow Technologies: Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity and Accessibility At Laserglow Technologies, we believe trust begins with respect—for each individual, their experience, and their identity.
