Internal Communications Manager Location: Remote Reports To: VP, Human Resources Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 About the Role: Are you a storyteller who thrives on crafting messages that spark connection and drive action? As LaserAway’s Internal Communications Manager, you’ll shape the conversations that unite our fast-growing organization—from our clinics to our corporate teams—through creative, strategic, and authentic communication. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead internal communications strategy and execution, ensuring every team member feels informed, aligned, and inspired by our mission to deliver the nation’s leading aesthetic dermatology experience. You’ll collaborate across HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to craft messages that engage hearts, elevate voices, and strengthen our culture at every level. What You’ll Do: Strategic Communications • Design and execute a holistic internal communications strategy that amplifies LaserAway’s vision, values, and growth. • Partner with executive and department leaders to craft communication plans for major initiatives, organizational updates, and change management. • Ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all internal platforms—including The Pulse 2.0 intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, and company-wide campaigns. Content Creation & Storytelling • Write, edit, and produce compelling internal content—from leadership announcements and newsletters to employee spotlight stories and culture features. • Curate engaging content for The Pulse 2.0 intranet, making it the go-to hub for all things LaserAway. • Bring our mission and values to life through creative storytelling, visuals, and campaigns that celebrate our people and achievements. Engagement & Culture • Build internal campaigns that boost engagement around recognition programs, training launches, and company milestones. • Support leadership events, summits, and culture initiatives with messaging, presentations, and follow-up communications. • Use feedback loops and engagement data to continuously refine communication strategies and enhance employee experience. Operational Excellence • Develop communication calendars, performance dashboards, and feedback mechanisms to measure impact and engagement. • Advise leaders on effective communication approaches during change, sensitive topics, and new program rollouts. • Manage cross-functional communication projects from planning to execution, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable results What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications (multi-location, healthcare, or retail industry preferred). • Exceptional writing and editing skills—you can translate complex topics into clear, inspiring messages. • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across diverse teams. • Strong grasp of change management communication principles. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Experience managing intranet platforms, email campaigns, and digital content. • High emotional intelligence, creativity, and adaptability—you thrive in dynamic, evolving settings.
