The LaSalle Network has teamed up with global leader in the insurance industry looking for a Director of Change Management to join their team. We are looking for a Director of Change Management. This person should be skilled in change management, ideally certified with Prosci and should have proven experience in managing successful change initiatives. This person should be ready to jump into existing projects, work with project managers and handle key responsibilities to help the projects succeed. Director of Change Management Responsibilities: - Use a structured approach to guide and manage change efforts - Create plans to help employees adapt to changes, such as new systems or job roles - Design and manage communication about the changes to keep everyone informed - Analyze how changes will affect people, identify key stakeholders and evaluate readiness - Help design and deliver training to support the changes - Identify and address any resistance or risks related to the change - Provide guidance to senior leaders, managers and project teams on managing change - Prepare and manage reports on the status and success of change management efforts Director of Change Management Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree - 5+ years of experience in change management required - Master’s Degree, Prosci Certification and some project management experience preferred - Strong understanding of how people adapt to change - Experience with change management methods and tools - Great communication skills and the ability to influence others - Able to work well with all levels in the organization and handle challenges effectively - Organized and good at planning - Team player who works well with others If you are an experienced change manager who can drive and support significant projects, this role could be a great fit for you.
