Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best experience possible while visiting our travel centers. Your friendliness and customer-focused approach will help maintain our reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively. Inform customers about products, services, promotions, and policies. Process transactions, including cash handling, and ensure accurate reporting at the end of each shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and store. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Support various store operations, including restocking shelves and managing inventory as needed. High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a retail or hospitality setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for transaction handling. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
