Management company seeks Assistant for government supervised Mitchell-Lama Cooperative (approximately 275 units). Candidates should be looking for a long-term professional relationship and have an interest in real estate. Responsible including but not limited to: • Performing and coordinating the office's administrative activities; • Distributing maintenance work tickets for 2 handymen throughout the day; • Assisting with the sales of apartments; • Meeting and greeting Shareholders; • Typing, editing and proofreading documents; • Answering and forwarding phone calls; • Distributing and collecting mail; • Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files; and • Inputting and updating client and vendor files, accounts and lists.
