JOB DESCRIPTION Lapels Dry Cleaning is looking for an energetic, outgoing PART-TIME Customer Service Rep / Team member! READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HOURS AND PAY Lapels Dry Cleaning is seeking responsible, personable Team members to join our team. Team member candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail-oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. Schedule: • Various times and locations Perks of the Team member Job: • Employee Discounts • Major Holidays Off • Uniforms Provided Responsibilities of the Team member: • Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store • Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders • Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions • Sort and examine articles of clothing • Mark-In incoming customer orders • Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy • General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance • Other duties as assigned Previous experience working as a team member, crew member, in fast food, or food service please apply!
