Duties • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. • Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets the high standards of our establishment. • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to assist guests effectively. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service. • Assist with food preparation as needed and support kitchen operations during busy service periods. Experience • Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly desirable. • Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on guest services and satisfaction. • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. • Basic math skills are required for handling bills and processing payments accurately. • Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is advantageous but not mandatory. • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
