To maintain this pace and to unlock the large market potential, Lantern expects to double the GTM teams over the next 12 months. About the Team Commercial Strategy & Operations (“CSO”) (i.e., Lantern’s Revenue Operations team) supports the President and his broader go-to-market function, including Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Channel Partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and benefits consultants/brokers), and Provider Network Development. CSO is responsible for Commercial strategy, planning, insights, systems/tools, process, and data. This role sits within CSO and directly supports Growth functions (Growth Marketing, Consumer Marketing). The Marketing organization drives revenue growth in two ways: Generating new client demand by targeting and converting employer prospects, and Driving member activation and engagement through Consumer Marketing programs that help members understand their healthcare options, access high-quality care, and realize the full value of Lantern’s provider network. Your Mission Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations, the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Growth will serve as an operational backbone for Lantern’s Marketing organization. You will partner with Marketing leadership to translate strategy into execution by improving lead quality and attribution visibility across employer and member funnels, enhancing tooling and reporting within Salesforce, and proactively identifying bottlenecks that limit conversion and revenue growth. You will help establish the rhythm of business for the Marketing organization, streamline workflows and build new operational capabilities that reduce manual work and scale with the business. Ultimately, your efforts will directly drive revenue growth by enabling more efficient, data-driven, and effective Marketing operations. What You Will Do Partner closely with Marketing leadership team to translate strategy into clear operational plans, goals, and execution rhythms Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that monitor Marketing team’s performance and provide actionable insights Identify operational bottlenecks across the Marketing workflows and design + implement solutions to improve them Collect and translate business requirements for Salesforce and Marketing tools to improve reporting, attribution, and operational workflows Establish and run the rhythm of business for Marketing teams, including forecasting, weekly performance reviews, and cross-functional reporting.
