Schedule appointments and energy assessments, handle inbound calls and emails, follow up on leads, and submit applications within required timeframes.
At least 2 years of detail-oriented experience, strong communication and customer service skills, self-starter attitude, and proficiency with MS Office.
Summary: The scheduler position will be responsible for scheduling energy assessments and insulation services. Duties & Responsibilities: • Contact new leads within 24 hours of receipt. • Handle all inbound calls and emails with professionalism. • Return all voicemail and email messages within 1 business day. • Schedule all appointments logistically. • Make follow up attempts. • Review and submit IE applications and schedule appointments within utility required timeframe. Qualification & Requirements: • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a detail-oriented environment. • Must have effective communication skills both oral and written. • Must be a self-starter. • Must have customer service skills. • Must work well with others. • Experience with MS Office.
