We are currently seeking a Traveling New Patient Coordinator to support our Orthodontic department. This pivotal role will involve traveling between our Dunn (3 times a week) and Durham Miami (2 times a week) locations, following the Orthodontist to assist with new patient consultations. Position Overview: As a Traveling New Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for new Orthodontic patients. You’ll play a vital role in welcoming patients, explaining treatment options, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience across both office locations.
