We’re seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to support our business-to-business (B2B) outreach. This is a perfect opportunity for someone motivated, energetic, and looking to learn the ropes of pharmaceutical distribution from the ground up. Key Responsibilities • Learn and understand our product catalog and distribution process • Identify and engage new pharmacy accounts through cold calls, emails, and CRM tools • Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships and close deals • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system • Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and order confirmations • Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery • Attend sales training and mentorship sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or sales training is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently • Positive attitude, coachable, and goal-oriented • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and CRM systems • No prior sales experience required – just bring your ambition and work ethic!
