Company Overview: A multi-stage investment manager focused on healthcare and life sciences is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to join its Operations team. This role supports trade and treasury operations across hedge funds, separately managed accounts, and venture funds. Job Responsibilities: • Review daily cash and position reconciliations across multiple accounts and counterparties • Provide trade support, including trade booking, symbol setup, and maintenance • Maintain and enhance security master data, including user-defined fields and operational reference data • Resolve inquiries related to trade breaks, settlement issues, and P&L questions • Assist in managing relationships with fund administrators and middle office providers • Support filings related to daily trading activity, including 13G/D and Section 16 filings • Assist with regulatory reporting requirements, including Form PF and 13F • Support oversight of operational, legal, and compliance workflows • Manage treasury-related functions, including cash forecasting and wire processing • Review and optimize leverage usage across prime broker relationships • Monitor stock borrow costs and financing activity across counterparties • Process wires accurately and in a timely manner • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance controls • Leverage technology and automation to streamline operational processes • Support special projects and strategic operational initiatives Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in trade support or operations at an alternative asset manager or financial services firm • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of Eze OMS and Enfusion PMS preferred • Bloomberg experience preferred • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and operational compliance workflows preferred • Must be locally based and able to work a hybrid schedule in the Boston office • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Compensation: Salary: $80,000 - $125,000, Plus Bonus
