They are seeking a Senior IT Data Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their Data Engineering team. Job Responsibilities: • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical teams • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, RAID logs, and executive status reports • Conduct gap analyses, root cause investigations, and impact assessments • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, QA, and Change Management teams throughout the delivery cycle • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for production deployment • Lead change management and training efforts to drive system adoption • Track project performance metrics and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timeline • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring transparent communication Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field • 7–10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within financial services • Prior involvement in enterprise data programs and strong familiarity with data engineering concepts • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects across the full SDLC (Agile and Waterfall) • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart • Experience working with finance-related datasets: Bank Accounts, Brokers, Funds, Portfolios, Products, Securities, Legal Entities • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages • Exposure to business intelligence and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, React, Next.js) • Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or CSM are a plus Compensation: Pay Rate: $100/hr
