Application Analyst (Epic Cupid & Radiant) Working Title: Cupid Analyst Hybrid: On-site 1 week per month- San Francisco, CA Start Date: January 5, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension. Positions Available: 1 Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) Job Summary The Clinical Application Analyst III serves as the primary application expert and support contact for Epic Cupid and Radiant systems supporting cardiology service lines. This role involves system design, build, testing, implementation, training, and ongoing 24/7 support. The analyst collaborates closely with clinicians and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality patient care through technology. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and implement Epic Cupid and Radiant applications • Serve as primary application support and subject matter expert • Analyze clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and operational requirements • Develop detailed functional specifications, workflow documentation, and impact analyses • Configure databases, tables, and application settings during system builds • Analyze new application releases and recommend workflow enhancements • Perform system testing, validation, and data conversion activities • Develop internal procedures and manage change control processes • Create training materials and provide end-user training • Support go-live, stabilization, and ongoing 7x24 on-call rotation • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently and collaboratively Required Qualifications • Epic Cupid Certification (Required) • Epic Radiant Certification (Required) • Strong experience with Epic Cupid implementation and support • Experience supporting cardiology clinical workflows • Ability to work independently on medium to large-scale projects • Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
