Job Description Description: Create menu and pricing data for KFC and Taco Bell menus across kiosks and digital platforms such as KFC.Com, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub. Provide support after deployment to quickly resolve issues when they occur. Digital Data Creation (60%) - Develop, design and implement menu data for digital and kiosk platforms - Execute national and local promotions across digital channels through data creation - Attend sprint, huddles and backlog grooming meeting to ensure that deadlines are meant and that work is properly prioritized - Collaborate with cross functional partners to align on requirements Support (40%) - Work incoming support tickets to quickly resolve data issues - Collaborate with 3rd party aggregators and internal teams to work through complex support requests and incidents - Assist the support team to fulfill pricing requests REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • 1+ year of IT development experience or exposure (can be schooling) • Strong Attention to detail skills • Strong customer service, communication and team work skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Technology Degree • Dev-ops understanding • Can read JSON files • Experience working with Git, Gitlab • Agile understanding Meet Your Recruiter Lakshmi Naidu
