Business Development / New Markets – Latin America 📍 Location: Based in Latin America 🌍 Territory: Latin America (travel required) 🏭 Industry: Plastics / Raw Materials / Packaging About the Company We are a company in strong international expansion, supplying raw materials for the plastics industry as well as finished packaging solutions to customers across multiple countries. We are looking for a driven commercial professional to support our growth in the Latin American market. Key Responsibilities • Open and develop new markets across Latin America • Actively prospect new clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings • Build and maintain relationships with new customers and potential distributors • Conduct on-site visits to clients when required • Promote and sell products including: • Masterbatches • Plastic additives • Calcium carbonate • Finished packaging products and related solutions • Manage negotiations, quotations, and deal closures • Track opportunities and provide weekly commercial reports. Candidate Profile • Proven experience in B2B sales or market development • Background in plastics, raw materials, packaging, or chemical industry (preferred) • Strong commercial mindset, proactive, and results-oriented • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel internationally • Must be based in Latin America Languages • Spanish: fluent (required) • English: desirable • Portuguese: a plus What We Offer • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company • Strategic role in international market development • Competitive compensation package (base + commission, to be discussed) • High level of autonomy and professional growth potential
