Salary To be determined Technical Services Manager, Process Specialist Main Functions Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Understand and assess current and new technologies including analysis, recommendations and feedback as required • Work with customers to validate and optimize LBDS products • Assist employees and customers with process troubleshooting and plant audits • Build and share technical reports analyzing various plant conditions and convey findings to team and customers • Work with Regional Sales Managers as appropriate to develop and grow market share • Participate in Fuel Ethanol Industry events and represent the company’s views and vision • Safely and efficiently work on customer premises Knowledge, Skills & Experience: • Education – College Degree - science, engineering, or technical/fermentation training • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Ethanol Industry • Extensive knowledge of, and hands-on experience in the dry grind ethanol industry (batch or continuous) • Previous Production Management experience is a plus • Exceptional written/oral communication and public speaking skills • Previous experience with SAS JMP software preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data management formats Professional and Personal Capabilities: • Must be able to work both independently and within a team setting • Effectively converse in technical matters and solutions when dealing with real time process related issues • Sales skills are a plus • Successful candidate will be expected to complete all levels of required safety training • Candidate should be comfortable creating and presenting information to customers • Candidate must be of high character, professional, and familiar with the Fuel Ethanol Industry Compensation: • Base Salary + Bonus • Car Allowance • Health insurance (Medical, Dental and Vision) • 401K plan #LI-DNP General criteria Required • Willing to travel at least 40-50% of the time within your geographically assigned territory • Must be able to conduct educational presentations across the industry • Possible relocation needed (assistance provided if necessary) Organization Lallemand is a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, which develops, produces, and markets microorganisms for various markets.
